This mixed type series increases the production efficiency and diversifies the embroidery expressions. Chenille embroidery and flat embroidery have been combined in one embroidery machine. A chenille embroidery head is coupled with a flat embroidery head in a pair (available up to 15 pairs).
1. 10" LCD display facilitates easier operation and embroidery work management. Standard memory capacity : 2,000,000 stitches to store up to Max. 200 designs.Extendable to 10,000,000 stitches.
2. Adoption of servo motor to drive the main shaft and loopers ensures the smooth running and superior fine flat plus chain/chenille stitches.
3. High-speed operation at 850 rpm on chenille head and 1000rpm on flat head has tremendously increased the productivity.Up to 6 colors on chenille head bring more colorful marvelous expression from your mind to finger. Automatic trimming improves the productivity and quality of chenille embroidery by decreasing the downtime of manual trimming, etc.
4. The Needle, Nipple and Presser Foot can be automatically lifted up for much easier frame changing.The needle height is adjustable automatically in 10 levels according to the loop height or chain stitch length.
5. Certain chain stitches are automatically inserted as set up after completion of loop stitches to prevent the thread from fraying, which could cause production loss.
