Therefore, both online and offline low-e glass can be evenly heated. JetConvectionTM—— Convection heationg plays main role during glass heationg. After being heated in jet convection chamber, the hot air inside heating furnace is blown onto glass surfaces and then goes back to hot air blowers for contiuous circulation, which not only ensure even heating, low production costs, but enhance the quality of the end products as well. LD-AL JetConvection Continuous Flat Tempering Furnace LD-AL JetConvection continuous flat tempering furnace adopts JetConvection heating and AirStream heating technologies; it is suitable for tempering high quality, large volumes flat glass for architecture and furniture. Glass can be tempered includes: on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.03) glass, extra white glass, silk-printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.
Productivity is calculated on 4mm clear glass with 100% loadage. Actual productivity is subject to glass types, sizes and loadage. Not all types are listed here due to limited space.
