"A key shuttle "high-precision rotary encoders

Powtech inverters are using a more ergonomic keyboard------4.3 inches standard size and can be operated wih one hand; 10000 times mechanical stretch feedback buttons and specially designed anti-slick bump high precision rotary encoder(control precision is 0.01Hz);Support keyboard hot-pluggable and allow users to remove and replace the keyboard without shutting down the system or cutting off the power; can store/copy 4 groups of operating parameter programs, parameters unload, download and there are progress indicator for copy. And can select to prohibit to upload the parameter which has been unloaded in case of coverage.

 English menu display

The Powtech inverter is equipped with OLED operating keyboard display menu and there are two default languages: Simplified Chinese and English. The users can set the display language freely according to the usage habits; According to customer needs , it also support the extension and display of multiple languages. If you need special language version, you can also be in consultation with us.

Parameter copy function is embedded in the OLED external keyboard and the parameters will restored to 0 after the copy operation is completed.

motor parameters self-learning

Powtech inverter adopting precise sensorless vector control technology and professional torque control technology, has a fast response speed and self-learning accurately to stator, rotor, resistance, inductance, mutual inductance and other parameters with good effect, and can be set intelligently to optimal control model.

Set P03.11 to 1 and then press "data confirm key" to start motor parameter learning,the LED show "-TUN-" and flashing, and then press the "Run" key to self-learning; when it displays "TUNE0" and "TUNE1", the motor starts to run and the "RUN/TUNE" lights flash. When the parameters self-learning is completed, it displays "-END-" and finally back to the stop state display interface. When the "-TUN-" flashes, it can be set "Parameter setting in/out button" to exit the parameter self-learning. During the process of parameter self-learning, you can press the "stop/reset" butoon to stop parameter self-learning

 Powerful protection function

The Powtech inverter are using multiple protection mechanism design with excellent phase-to-phase short circuit protection, short-circuit protection function, short circuit protection, input and output phase loss protection function. Its sampling Hall are the international well-knowed brands such as Japan TAMURA Hall, LEM Hall( response time:0.3 microseconds), playing a role in suppressing electromagnetic interference to make it withstand vibration and adapt to the harsh working environment.

 Wide voltage design

Powtech Inverter uses Wide voltage design( the input voltage range is 320V-460V) to avoid voltage fluctuations, especially in the peak period or voltage instability in remote areas, and it can be still proper, stable and reliable to start.

 Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR)

 The Powtech has automatic voltage adjustment function, when the grid voltage is in range ± 10% ,it can automatically keeps the output voltage constant. 

0.1 seconds instantaneous braking

 Powtech inverter with extremely excellent braking effect, can instantaneously brake in 0.1 seconds when below 50Hz. The current senseless vector with ± 0.5Hz /180% rated torque output , ± 0.5% of the steady-state accuracy,1:100 speed ratio provides 0.1 second faster start and stop performance to ensure the motor mutations of reversible phase sequence and torque ripple.

Powtech inverter adopts independent air-duct design and multiple fan control mode, optimizing the internal structure and terminal connection mode and using various precision integrated devices to control its own energy consumption ratio and heat efficiently, which can reach 45 °C environment allowed

  Automatic torque boost

Powtech inverter with automatic torque boost fuction can realized large output torque control in low frequency under the control of V/F(1Hz) and the torque response time is less than 40 microseconds

Multiple control modes

Powtech inverter has V/F control, sensorless vector control, open loop flux vector control, open loop torque control and PG vector control. The technology of speed sensorless vector control make ac motor decoupling realized and make running to DC motor control. 0.25Hz/180% of rated torque output.independent Current loop control realize the realize torque control,supporting torque and speed control switch.

 High and stable speed accuracy

Powtech inverter adopts open loop flux vector control technology with excellent stable speed accuracy. In the vector control mode 1 , rated stable speed accuracy is ≤± 0.5%; In the vector control mode 2, rated stable speed accuracy is ≤± 0.3%.

 Multiple frequency source setting

There are 7 frequency source setting in Powtech inverter including keyboard settings, analog voltage setting, the analog current setting, multi-speed operation setting , PID control settings, remote communication settings and keyboard encoder setting.

Automatic energy-saving control

Powtech inverter is to control maximum efficiently by automaticly detecting the current of load and adjusting the output voltage. The high efficient running of vector and V/F control make not only fans and pumps but also general machinery play a superior energy-saving effect

 Textile swing frequency control

Powtech inverter has the swing frequency control function ,suitable for textile, chemical fiber and the site needing traversing, winding function by setting the output frequency as the center of the swing up and down.

Standard modular system structure
