General Description

CPGS series pump are new type of horizontal single stage double suction centrifugal split case water pump with high efficiency and performance. It is widely used in delivering liquids for water plant, circulation water system of air conditioner, pipe net system of supplying heated water, construction, watering, drainage pumping station, power station, industrial water supply system, firefighting system, shipbuilding, mining, etc.

Structure

CRGS pumps are horizontally installed, the casing and the cover of the pump are divided along the axis. The centerline of inlet and outlet is perpendicular to the axis.

The rotor can be removed without disturbing the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe.

Packing seals or mechanical seals.

 

Material of main parts

Pump case: cast iron.

Impeller: cast iron, can be cast steel or brass as per customer’s requirements.

 

Parts range

Pump, Motor, Coupling joint, Foundation plate and Mounting resistant cushion will be provided when inlet diameter of pump less than 200mm. When inlet more than 200mm, will provide pump, motor, coupling joint only.
