Characteristics of Electric Jacketed Kettle with mixer for jam
Electric heating jacketed kettle takes 380V power as heat source, the middle layer is filled with electric rods, thermocouple and heat-conducting oil (customers should prepare by themselves),the temperature can be up to 320 degree, controlled by electrical control box, and it is equipped with automatic temperature control system. Electric heating jacketed kettle has characteristics such as big heating area, uniform heating, high thermal efficiency, short boiling time, easy control of the heating temperature etc.
