HONGWEI static cling films are highly plasticized vinyl materials that are available in clear, white and black which adhere to most clean smooth surfaces such as glass, window, and paint metal, without use of pressure sensitive adhesives. Clear and white films are for printing mostly and can be used on oil change decals, decorative windows.
