The series of Liquid preparation tank strictly conform to the requirements in Article 31 and Article 32 in "Quality Management Specifications foe Medicine Production" GMP General Rules (revision in 1998) and are designed, manufactured and inspected according to the requirements of GB150-98"Steel Pressure Vessels" and JB/T4735-97"Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels".
Application range
It can be used as the reacting tank in pharmacy, chemical industry ,biological engineering and other industries.
Structural features
1. The preparation tank is mainly composed of there parts such as tank body, integral jacket and external coating. The heat preservation media are filled between the external coating and jacket. The tan body is provided with the blended at its top.
2. The Liquid preparation tank pressure in the jacket can be decided according to customer requirements.
3. The Liquid preparation tank is made of high quality stainless steel .
The equipment Introduction
- The heat preservation material of the vessel is high-temperature resistant and anti-aging polyurethane blister or pearl cotton.
- The interface adopts internationally general-use ISO rapid installation chuck type product. The internal bladder adopts mirror polishing until Ra ≤0.28um,and the external surface adopts polishing, mirror polishing, sandblasting ,cold rolling original color matte treatment. All of the above conform to GMP standard.
- The blender adopts sanitary magnetic fully-closed blending device, and the blending rotation speed is optional.
- The pipe mouth is provided with liquid level meter vent(static pressure type, capacitance type, non-contact type, ultrasonic type or glass tube type),CIP cleaning vent, sight glass, anti-explosion view lamp(integrated sight glass and view lamp),SIP sterilization vent, liquid inlet and outlet, sanitary manhole and etc.
- The volume varies within the range of 100L-10000L,or design and manufacturing can be according to actual requirements of customers.
