Shipment
1) After you make the order, we'll contact you and prepare the itme as fast as possible.
2) After we prepare the model, we ship it to you by DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT/EMS/HKPAM and give you the tracking number(The process takes about half one day or one day).
3) The shipping time is about 3~5 days by DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT, 10 days by EMS, 20 days by HK Post Air Mail or Singpore Post.
4) We'll try our best to make the item arrive on time. As the courier, weather and local custom, maybe sometimes it'll be delayed. Your understanding will be highly appreciated.
Returen/Refund
1. If you get a defective item, you want to return or discount. Please contact us within 3 days after you receive the parcel.
2. All return items must be with ORIGINAL PACKING.
