Material: SS316L or SS304
Surface finish: inside surface is Ra0.28~0.6μm by mechanical polish. (passivation or electropolish are optional). Outside surface is Ra0.6~0.8μm by satin finish.
Agitator: bottom/top magnetic agitator
Pressure: ATM or pressure vessel (-0.1~1Mpa)
Structure: Single layer vessel, vessel with jacket, vessel with jacket and insulation
Jacket type: dimple jacket, full jacket, or coil jacket
Insulation material: rock wool/PUF
Components: vent filter, temp. gauge, level gauge, manhole, sight glass with lamp and cleaning ball or according to client’s detail requirement.
Manufacture standard for pressure vessel: GB150-1998, ASME or PED/23/EC
It is applied to liquid preparation and various water treatment process in purgative area,such as infusion solution ,injection solution, eye drop, oral liquid and blood preparation.

Feature
1. Magnetic stirring device is divided into the Top magnetic stirring and under magnetic stirring, magnetic stirring on the application of large-capacity (3-50m3) and large torque equipment. Under magnetic stirring with capacity less than (3m3) and health requirements of the equipment.
2. Interface uses a common international standard ISO standard card quick disc, materials imported 316L or 304, the inner surface of mirror-polished Ra ≤ 0.28 μm, the outer surface of matt or mirror polished.
3.Material: shell 304 and 316L (for selection).
4. Commonly flat-panel liquid level gauge, level gauge glass, level gauge static pressure sensors, ultrasonic level gauge available.
