Feature:
1.Main Motor: Driven by connective 3 A.C motors, 1 for web rewind tension control which automatically, increasing toque on the rewind shafts when the finished roll O.D is getting bigger.
2.Rewind Device: Horizontal control on rewind shaft arm is by air automatic adjustable; contacting pressure can be set on request.
3.Electricity Device: Control panel with LCD touch screen for setting tension, length…etc. Central control system is as PLC unit and on maintenance it can be communicated with our computer by telecom line for instant check and service.
4.Using double surface type roller by air control can get smooth material and deduct the noisy, (For adhesive material).
5.Optional Rewind Device: Pick-down lift driven by motor, which can save time and reduce, wasted material.
6.Basic form of discharge: Separate discharge base, the larger diameter discharge.
