How to Use:
1. Mix A with B according to the weigh ratio of 9:1, and stir evenly in a plastic barrel five times bigger than the volume of rubber. The volume is expanding in the defoaming process, so it is necessary to
defoam several times and can be scratched or painted after vacuum defomation thoroughly.
2. The operating time is 1hour to 2 hours at 25° C. Mix according to use amount and avoid wasting rubber.
3. Various colorants can be added to this rubber, mixing and stirring evenly. It can be used after vacuum defomation.
Storage, Transportation and Notes:
1. The products are non-dangerous goods, and should be sealed and deposited in a shade, dry place to prevent rain, sunlight exposure. The shelf life is six months.
2. Don’ t mix with organic tin of condensation type silicone rubber, or the rubber cannot be cured. And avoid mixing with sulfur, phosphorus, and nitrogen organism, or the rubber cannot be cured
thoroughly or even uncured.
