It is a swing car belone to 993H series which has already pass the 3C,CE,EN71 certifications and had export license. It has 4 big wheels and 4 small wheels.The 4 small wheels of the front part appear as a triangle.So just rotate the steering wheel from side to side to go forward and flip the wheel 180 degrees to steer backwards.This car has attractive designs with overall front cover and whistle in steering wheel.The two turn lights are like two eyes.It seems very lovely .Under the steering wheel , there are 4 buttons.The rounded one is to control the misic-playing systerm There are three points on the rounded button. Pressing the different point, will have different music.The two arrowed buttons are to control the turn light systerm.When you press one of them ,one of the turn lights will blink with the tone.The square one is to control the warning tone.All of these systerms need three 1.5V batteries.You can open the cushion and put the battery in the box according to the direction. 
Above all ,the car is assembled with a handle,a guardrail and an awning.The handle in the back of the car is used for adult to push .The guardrail is  to protect the baby from falling down and the awning is to protect the kids from sunlight
