Application: For uniform mixing,agitation and hydration of the various blended elements, indispensable in dairy, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.

Volume: Available from 50L to 10,000L.

 

Specification:

1.Material: SUS 304 and/or SUS 316.

2.Single layer or jacketed.

3.Heating: electric, steam, hot water and gas heating optional.

4.Outer casing surface: Mirror polishing / 2B / mat; Inner surface (bladder and tank): Mirror polishing (Roughness: Ra≤0.4μm ).

5.Insulating layer: Warm-keeping layer of polyurethane foaming ensures temperature variation of the liquid product in the tank controlled at the minimum.

6.Liquid level gauge: optional.

7.Thermometer: optional. Temperature indication ranges from 0 to 140ºC.

8.Sample valve equipped.

9.Agitation device: Paddle, Anchor, or spiral agitator (optional).

10.CIP cleaning: T-shaped 360° rotational CIP cleaning ball.

11.Man-hole equipped.
