This kind of socks machine could knit different types with different patterns, such as common men socks, women socks, sports socks, children socks, fashion socks, knee socks, wrister, school socks, terry socks, half terry socks, plain socks tec.
Main features:
1). When socks machines knit jacquard socks(max 4 colors), 2 feeder lines could work at the same time and its production is twice than common socks knitting machines.
2). Each line could be knit 6 colors, at most could knit 14 colors.
3). First feeder line has 8 main feeders. Second feeder line has 4 main feeders. Meanwhile, there are 10 jacquard feeders.
4). Could produce socks with reflexed rib top. Also could knit dual feeder lines socks with simulated single rib top, and common women socks, men socks, children socks etc.
5). Equipped with the high-precise and high-strengh needle system. When machines are in a high speed, needles could work much more steady and less noisy. Meanwhile, it’s anti-worn.
6). Pattern could be”SUP”
7). The stitch density depends on the controller of step motor for cylinder and cam.
