2. Production feature

● The machine body is made by C-type plate welding structure, with good rigid, compact size, light weight and spacious operating space. The machine have 3 dies (one of which is the marking die-station), automatic switching between die-station. Clamp system fits the different thickness plates, equip with zero baffle as datum mark, and work piece support by rolling-ball work bench. X, Y axle are driven by servo motor and ball screw, punching position is controlled by double- axis CNC control system. The whole processing processes is automatic. The operator put the size of the work piece into the computer and later can be repeated use.

● Adopt CNC technology, servo motor in-feeding, with high efficiency, stable work piece precision.

● Importance functional components adopt modular assembly, easy to repair.

● Carry out punching, drilling and marking in one plate.

● Key hydraulic, pneumatic electrical parts are all imported, servo motor encoder cable adopts shielded twisted double cable, which is imported from Germany.

● Easy programming, may input the diameter of holes, position and the quantity of work piece to computer, and also may use the program generated by lofting software, or adopt direct conversion CAD/CAM.

● With self- diagnosis function.

● Hydraulic station has double pumps and single motor, using circulating water make the machine cooler, the hydraulic system is connected by bite type fittings, hose and joint(EMB) are all imported from Germany.

● The cable towline is imported from Germany (KABELSCHLEPP)

● Worktable adopts stainless steel plate, protect stainless ball, this make the machine has longer life and more beautiful.
