XL-8810, XL-8820, XL8825, XL8830 is a tin based mould making silicone rubber that cures at room temperature to form a tough flexible rubber with excellent tensile and tear strength approximately about 24 hours.

XL-8810, XL-8820, XL8825, XL8830 Silicone Rubber is mainly used for mold making for the mass production of parts in various materials (plaster, wax, reconstituted stone, various resins (epoxy, acrylic, polyester), silicone elastomer, such as:
Ø Furnishing: casting of furniture and decoration
Ø Figurines: toys, candles, statues, giftware, soap, craft projects, sculpture
Ø Decorative items: cornices, columns, ornaments, statues…..

[4] The differences of XL-8810, XL-8820, XL-8825, XL-8830 (HOW TO CHOOSE the most SUITABLE SILICONE RUBBER WHAT YOU WANT)
A. XL-8810 is mainly used for molds with small, delicated patterns. Pouring method is the best way because of good fluidity. The hardness is 10 shore A.
B. XL-8820 and XL-8825 is for medium size molds making. It’s also used for pouring methods. The hardness is 20 shore A and 25 shore A.
C. XL-8830 is applicable for large mold making since hard hardness. Both pouring and brushing method are ok. The hardness is 30 shore A.
