Summary:

       The vibrating screen type uses linear vibrations which are generated by an out-of-balance drive.

       Vibrating screens are low-cost machines which whole screen body is excitated. According to application they are executed as one- or multiple-deck screens. Various screen cloth can be used such as wire-cloth, perforated plates, synthetics etc.

 

Feature: 

    1. Connecting by ring-grooved rivets, hard deformation, stronger than welding.

    2. Side plate’s material is Q235A or Q245A, thickness can be 8~10 mm.

    3. Screen surface inclination: -5°~ 5°.

    4. Do better in dewatering, desliming and screening.
