Principle Description:
Its principle is very simple. The action sequence is as follows:
* Put the plastic bottle or glass bottle into the vibrator of unscrambler or turntable artificially, then bottles pass through the Conveyor , will be arranged one by one automatically and delivered on the conveyor into machine body.
* When bottles enter the the mould of working table , they will be sensor-detected, no bottle no fill. after detecting, bottles go into filling device to do filling,
* after being filled, turntable is rotating , the bottles enter into outer cap drop Device to do capping …
* at last , the finished bottles are feeding from the Conveyor by means of the Vial Poking Rod to carry out
