CRZ-2000 has high capability for frying  corn chips, also corn acquires  extraordinary taste and  appearance such as stick. This production line include sauce machine and cutter head.

-Process goes as follows: specially prepared dough mix is putting into the cutter head, which has a capability to cut in different shapes; cut products throw down into the fryer, after that fried products are saucing into sauce machine ( part of the complete line) and they are ready for packing

-Products  are fried with optimum temperature / time by fryer then carry by special designed conveyor into the sauce machine

-It’s suitable for frying a different kind of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts etc

- Sauces are spraying as homogeneous mix on corn chips surface through special vibrating system located inside of sauce cauldron

-The rate of spraying can be adjustable

The machines are produced according to CE and ISO 9001:2008 quality standards by expert staff, also all used parts have CE world standards certificate such as motors and bearing, all metals used in producing are inox AISI 304 quality.
