Usage
Pit-type heating furnace are mainly used for normalizing, annealing, tempering and other heat treatment of alloy steel, high speed steel, high chrome alloy, bearing, tube and other metal materials and machine parts in common atmosphere or simple protections.
Feature
      Equipped with a gas cycling system, the gas flow is large and the temperature is even.
Using ultra energy saving compound furnace liner, the heat insulation effect is good; energy storage is low; rising and falling temperature is fast;  energy saving is remarkable.
Adding drop protection atmosphere at the inlet so as to decrease oxidation.
     It is easy and convenient to change resistance wire by using a special u-shaped brick.
There is a protection basket between heat element and loading basket, so as to guarantee the safety of the loading basket when hooking in and taking out.
Structure
      The steel plate and shape steel are tumbled, formed and welded into furnace shell, whose surface is fine and artistic.The furnace lining uses an ultra energy conservation structure. The hearth uses a special u-shaped brick, the surrounding insulation layer is all made from aluminum silicate textile fiber, simultaneously the furnace shell’s surface layer is covered with a layer of asbestos board (when in low temperature the thermal conductivity is the smallest).            
     This kind of structure has many advantages, such as good heat insulation effect, low energy storage, small heat losses, good thermal shock resistance, convenient overhaul and so on, which improves the furnace lining life-span greatly. And the parameters of the electric furnace’s power loss when it’s empty, the rising temperature of the fire walls and furnace temperature uniformity all surpass the national standards.      
      The heating temperature control unit table uses Japan (SHIMA) Corporation’s intelligence temperature control unit.
