This is the last step and the main process of wood grain transfer plant. Place the bagged aluminum profile onto the vacuum table trolley. Insert each bag opening into the vacuum head and lock it in place by the sleeve behind. Flatten the aluminium profile surface by hand then pull the stretching devices near the vacuum heads to further straghten the film bag. Then start the vacuum process by opening the suction valve control.
The vacuum should start with low suction then gradually with full suction. During the vacuuming process, it is required to check the film adherence to the profile. Any wrinkles in the film created by the twisted film may create a problem for the design to be trnasferred. The vacuum process takes time to master and perform with efficiency and speed. If found the vacuumed profile not acceptable, re-start the process until reach ratisfaction. If found small leakage in the film, it is advised to use sticky tape to fix it before going into the curing oven.
