Steel-plastic composite Geogrid
The introduction and application of the steel-plastic composite geogrid:
The steel-plastic composite geogrid uses high-strength steel wire, through special processing, together with polyethylene (PE) and also adding other additives, made it into composite high strength resisting brace ribbon by extrusion, and it has rough surface embossing, which is called high strength reinforcement belt. By this single belt, according to certain spacing through longitudinal and transverse woven or clamping arrangement,  welded adopting ultrasonic.
1.       Breaking through the traditional geogrid strength, vertical and horizontal strength (20KN/m to 150KN/m)
2.       Low rupture elongation rate (not more than 3%)
3.       Suitable for all kinds of soil environment.
4.       When the plastic surface is treated in the production process, the ribs are compressed into rough pattern to enhance grid surface roughness, improving GSZ steel-plastic composite geogrid in the friction coefficient of soil.
5.       Construction more optimal width, 2-6 meters in width, reducing construction lap, improving working efficiency.

7.       Corrosion long service life; Plastic material is as the protective layer of the steel-plastic geogrid, again with various additives to make it has the performance of anti-aging and antioxidation.
