Standard type vibrating sieve machine adopts the unique design and installation. The sieving efficiency is 1.5-4 times than the ordinary vibration sifting machine in China at present.

Working Principle:
Our vibrating sieve use upright motor as the source of vibration, equipped eccentricity hammer on the both sides of motor,change circumrotate to level, upright and incline movement, then pass these three movement to the surface of the screen. Adjust the phasic angle on the both sides of the top and bottom to change the movement orbits of the surface screen for sieving various materials.

1. High efficiency, fine and long durability, any powder and sticky liquid materials can be used.
2. Easy to replace the screen cloth, simple to operate and convenient to clean
3. Fully enclosed, no dusty flying, no fluid leak, no net blocking, the fineness is up to 500mesh or 28µ
4. No dead angle and material left in machine, efficient screen area increased.
5. Materials can be automatically discharged and the machine can be continuously operated.
6. Various unique screen frame design make longer service life of machine, and it only takes 3-5 minutes to replace screen cloth.
7. Small volume, small space occupied and convenient to move.
8. Our sieve machine can install to 1-5 layers as buyer’s requirements, the maximum layers can be up to 5.
