M42 is 6 (4+2) axes multi-position CNC lathe. With lathing, milling, drilling, boring, tapping function, the machine can conduct combined processing of milling, drilling and tapping on end-plane and side. It is particularly suitable for processing complex shaped rotational parts which require high accuracy. Whole or large part of processing can be completed in one clamping to ensure accuracy, improve efficiency and reduce costs. Strong spindle braking auxiliary device is equipped in order to increase rigidity of parts processing. And direct tool changing system can reduce steps and idle time of tool changing so as to save costs.
