The vacuum condenser is to solve the problem of uneven viscosity, foamy, difficult disposal of cold liquid during gelatin preparation process. It’s indispensable equipment for gelatin melting and mixing. It can collect cool and condensate water produced by de-foaming under reduced pressure during gelatin melting. This is to avoid condensate water entering vacuum pump directly which affects the negative pressure. Users can control gelatin water content with the help of liquid meter that indicate liquid level. |
