This machine adopts synchronous control technique, both the welding time and cent-control welding is supervised by IPC (industrial computer and chassis). It adopts modularization design, so it is easy to improve the machine's function and feacure. The line wires are fed automatically and continously, so it saves much welding times to wait. Feeding position is accurate, the edges are regular and also could be adjustanle. There isa big hopper for cross wires, it could contain one ton wires, in this case, it save much labor to add wires. Wire falling is also very presice. It adopts serve motor to pull the mesh repertly, the mesh size are accurate and also could be adjustable.
The welding power is FM and timing motor. Comparted with aborad machine whose power is air pressured, this machine has such advantages: Firm welding, little noise, high apeed, smaller investment, lower maintainence.
