The main performance Characters:
1.The spindle rotation and push-pull of the power head adopts closed loop, which can reduce the oil temperature and the wear. Other assistant mechanical adopts open loop driven by high pressure gear pump;
2.The beam adopts four-connecting rod structure to increase the entry angle range. Meanwhile, it makes sure the caterpillar remain on the ground at large angle, which improves the safety;
3.There is stabilizer before clamp to ensure concentricity and can protect the screw thread of the drilling pipe;
4. For the push-pull method, our machine use pinion and rack which can ensure there is no power loss during drilling.
5.The original transfer case imported from Germany to improve the Rotary and Push-Pull Speed;
6.The layout of the oil tube is reasonable and clear, which enhance the structure of the chassis;
7.The walking system controlled by wire to ensure the safety during walking;
8.The moving of the power head makes the loading and unloading of driling pile more conviently and also can effectivly protect the screw thread of the dill rod ;
9.Comparing with the traditional hydraulic system, our advanced hydraulic system improve15-20% work efficiency, reduces 50% heat loss and saves 15-20% energy;
10.Cooling equipment is installed on the power head, which can protect the speed reducers and motors;
