Quality Control and Sampling Plan:
Sampling plan for magnetic properties or dimensional attributes is performed according to the customer's specific requests. Otherwise we use MIL Standard 105D Sampling plan for normal inspection.
Test Equipment:
* The magnetic properties of test samples are determined using a modern BH tracer potting a full loop demagnetization curve.
* High accuracy calibrated Gaussmeters, Fluxmeters, and some other necessary measuring tools are used for appropriated parts.
Physical and Magnetic Tolerance:
In the absence of clear instruction on magnetic and physical tolerances, we use Magnetic Material Producers Association (MMPA) Standard Specification for Permanent Magnet Material as a guideline.
