1.Product Description:
VTM Vertical Superfine Mill is a new machine by absorbing the foreign technology and design. It is used to mill the material on rotating disc to the fineness of 325~3000 meshes by grinding. The main technique is mainly shown on the full contact of grind roller, mill disc with material and classifying accuracy of classifying system. It is mainly used in the fields of metallurgy, power station, chemical industry, cement, and refractory. It is especially used to grind the nonmetallic ore into superfine powder.
Vertical Superfine Mill integrates the functions of milling, classifying and drying. 2.Working Principle:
The motor drives the mill disc to rotate through speed reducer and drive the grind roller rotate through belt gear at the same time. The material falls on the center part of mill disc from the feed port and simultaneously the hot air enter the mill. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves to the mill edge, and is to be grinded by rolling and shearing when passing through the ring groove on the mill disc. The grinded material is blown up by high speed air from wind loop at the edge of mill disc. The large grains fall onto the mill disc and are grinded again. The material in the air stream passes through the classifier. The rotator makes the coarse grain fall onto the mill disc to be grinded again and the qualified fine grain come out of mill. And then the finished fine materials are collected in the powder collecting system. The fine materials with water content are dried by hot air and then achieve the required product moisture. The air is recycled and reused. During the circulation, the small surplus air is collected by the by-pass dust collector in this system with the lighter impurities, which forms a scientific and advanced process.
1. Low running cost: The milling efficiency is high and the power consumption is low. Compared with ball mill, Raymond mill and other milling machine, the power consumption of vertical superfine mill decreases 40~50%. The abrasion is low, roll sleeve and liner has long service life by adopting special materials, which reduce the metallic pollution and running cost. External circulation device can be equipped to reduce power consumption further and improve product accuracy.
2. Low project implementation: Compared with ball mill, vertical superfine mill covers 50% less area and project implementation decreases by 70%. Vertical superfine mill integrates crushing, drying, milling, classifying and conveying, which makes the system simple and the project implementation low.
3. Easy and reliable operation: Vertical superfine mill is equipped with automatic control equipment, which can realize remote control. There is also a device with can prevent grind roller from contacting with liner directly and can avoid destructive vibration.
4. Convenient maintenance repair: Slide the frame during the maintenance on hydro-cylinder, which can replace roller sleeve and wear ring in a short time. The material of wear ring is 50SiMn.
