Construction technology

1. Base treatment: the wall surface should be cleaned, remove all dust, grease and other contaminants. Fully pre-wetting with clear water before construction, can plaster when the surface no clear water.

3. Construction: Construction can plaster by spray machine or hand. When spraying, put slurry into sprayer inside the bucket, spray evenly and directly to the wall surface. Nozzle and wall should be vertical and keep a certain distance, at the same time move the spray gun steadily.

4. Protection and maintenance: material has excellent water retention properties, it doesn’t need water maintenance generally Finished material depend on the nature maintenance. If the weather is burning hot or appear dry rapidly, it will need watering.

 

Attention

1. Before the construction, should wet and clean the base plane.

2. The stirred slurry should be finished within 4 hours.

3. Avoid construction below 5 ℃, 40 ℃ above environment.

4. The layer is completed, should be natural maintenance more than 3 days, can do the next working procedure construction.

5. Don’t use the dried paste by re-adding water.

 

Storage

Avoid direct sunlight, should be storage on the plate from the ground, prevent the rain soaked.
