raw materials
The product mainly makes use of flue gas desulfurization gypsum and ardealite ,which is made by casting with special purpose mould.the environmental and light-weight wall partition block belongs to high-quality product.
the construction department’s standard is more than or equal to 1.5,the product certificated is more than or equal to 1.9-4.2,the breaking load is more than 2-3 times than ‘JC/T698-1998’ issued by the construction department of China.we choose green and environmental special purpose adhesives between blocks in installing.
light weight
The new light weight block of 666mm×500m×120mm produced by our company is less than 15 kilogram per one,which is lower than the national standard by 30 kilogram/per block,it reduces the load of the wall to the buildings itself,which is suitable to be installed in high-rise houses,large spots and office buildings etc.
Installing quickly
We can putty directly after finishing blocking the wall and drying the adhesive,not only does it save the material fee of the two sides and shorten the constructing time ,but relieve the workers’labor intensity. The building blocks can be cut directly and randomly by saw when we use them,the cut is uniforming ,and it reduces the constructing cost.it improves the hard of block at 100mm, 120mm, 180mm, 200mm,therefore,using building block to be the interior wall can widen the indoor construction area.
The building block‘s ingredient is special ,adding the heat preservation material ,even cylindrical hole exists in the interior side,which can do good to be sound insulation , heat preservation, regulating the indoor temperature,and meets the national standard of GB6566-2001 ,the construction material radiation limited standard.

1)The junction surface’s roughness( RA)should not be lowering 3.2 in the structure of gypsum block forming mould.
2)the roughness(Ra) of working surface among the forming machine mould , the evacuating pipe and the material contact surface should not be lowering 1.6,our company has achieved 1.6-0.8 and has exceeded the national standard.
3)We choose hard chromium plating as the aseptic technic,which is not easy to rust and helps lengthening the service life.
4)We choose leakproof structure so as to keep not leaking the liquid and avoid producing hard friction with the working surface,and lengthen the service life as well.

In order to achieve the new standard of 50% energy-saving ,only gypsum wall and the air-blown concrete meet the requirement of the wall with single material ,at present ,concrete hollow block is generally adopted as the mainstay wall , perforated brick,light and effective heat preservation and insulation layer as well as the corrosion resistance layer are adopted in the outboard or the interior side,the construction is complex and the cost is higher by this way,it is prone to crack and drop off due to the climatic changes and the long-term contact between the heat preservation wall and the outside ,interior heat preservation wall should solve the shock resistance , heat preservation and the second decoration.in consideration of above problems,the best way is to develop such kind of construction materials with efficient , heat preservation and energy-saving gypsum block,when the KM is equal to 0.6W(M2.k),taking 6 storeys residential building for example ,the cost of several mainstay wall material as follows:
