GDTS-202 Simulation tester for hydraulic turbine governing system
I Introduction
GDTS202 is a special instrument for water turbine governor system tests. It was designed by Chongqing Gold
Mechanical&Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. The main function of the tester include Governor runaway
speed waggling test, Governor Noload disturbing test, Dead time measurement, Turbine Load rejection test, Governor static
characteristic test, Turbine simulation, Turbine load disturbing test, Primary frequency
regulation test and so on. All the tests would be complete automatic according to national standards of
water turbine governor. The test results would be shown as parameters value and curves in PC application.
Also all the results could be convert to MS WORD test reports.
GDTS202 is also a data acquisition and scope instruments. The maximum sample rate of the test could be
reach 4kHz.The are 6 sample channels integrated in the tester. This function would help customer to complete
a lot of other tests in hydropower station.
The simulation module of GDTS202 has integrated 5 different water turbine models. It would help governor
manufacturer to make tests without real turbine environment. It is valued for manufacturers to debug and make
factory reports of new governor.
