1. General Description 

The model SYD-PK rinsing, drying and toasting section machine is essential equipment for the pathologic microtome section work. It is mainly applicable to large, medium and small hospitals, medical universities and colleges, scientific research unit, livestock husbandry, to provide a full preparation for tissue microtome section, pathologic microtome section, legal medical expert evaluation etc tissue section work. It is a separable structure, i.e., it is divided into rinsing section and toasting section. It can meet the needs of routine pathologic tissue microtome section for different requirements.

5. Performance Feature

(1) Rinsing microtome section system

1. The computer controls automatically the temperature, the water tank temperature can be arbitrarily set up from the ambient temperature to 75ºC. When the temperature rises to the setting value, the buzzer will automatically make a sound for prompt.

2. The special feature of this machine is the fluorescent lamp lighting set up in the machine, the light will softly pass through the transparent part of the rinsing section black water tank, the black-and-white contrast is obvious. The levelness and completeness of the tissue microtome section after extension in the water are clear at a glance. It makes rinsing section and dredging up the section to be more convenient and quick.

3. This machine sets up an electronic clock, it can display the time, and can also be regarded as a timer to control the beginning and ending of rinsing section work, the time can be set up at will.

4. Another outstanding feature of this machine is the heating source to use a pouring heat plate for heating, it replace traditional resistance wire heating mode of other similar product (including foreign products). The pouring heat plate heating has high heat efficiency, energy saving, no damage, no maintenance, no life time limit problem, the heating is safe and reliable.

5. This machine sets up dual temperature protections. While the computer controls the temperature, a set of temperature relay is additionally set up to monitor the heating temperature and to make this machine to operate safely and reliably.

(2) Toasting microtome section system

1. The computer can automatically control the temperature, the temperature at heating plate or in machine hood can be arbitrarily set up from room temperature to 100ºC. When the temperature rises to the setting value, the buzzer will make a sound for automatic prompt.The highest setting temperature in the temperature setting is 75ºC.

 

2. This machine has two working modes: (1) Carrying glass sheet heat stand flat laying direct toasting mode; (2) Space carrying glass sheet supporting toasting section mode in the plexiglass hood (This mode is completely same with the thermostat toasting mode).

3. This machine sets up an electronic clock, in addition to displaying time, it can also conduct timing toasting section control, the time can be arbitrarily set up. When the timing time is up and toasting section is completed, the buzzer will automatically make a sound for prompt.

4. The feature of this machine which is superior to similar product is to cancel traditional resistance wire heating and to adopt pouring heat plate element heating. Compared with resistance wire heating, it has no flame, no ageing, durable, high heating efficiency, power saving, safe and reliable etc. advantages.
