?The steel has higher intensity, hardness and hardenability than 12Cr13 steel and 20Cr13 steel after quenching. It has less corrosion resistance to dilute nitric acid and weak organic acid than 12Cr13 steel and 20Cr13 steel in room temperature.  

?The steel is mainly used in high-strength parts and wear-out parts working in corrosive medium and bearing high stress loading, such as cutter and mechanical spring working below 300℃ and axle, bolt, valve and bearing working below 400℃; it can also be used in making measuring instrument and medical tool.
