Structure and function
Axial flow vertical air curtain is air circulation heating unit with output nozzle, suit not more than 6 metres high building factory gate.A plurality of axial flow vertical ventilation warm air curtain unit is fixed above the entrance, absorb indoor air , and use the built-in gas and water heat exchanger heating the air, and then transport through the output nozzle. Air curtain machine influence on the indoor climate minimum, effectively prevent the intrusion of cold air at the same time to increase the indoor use of space.
Due to the use of highly efficient and powerful air distribution device, axial flow vertical ventilation warm air curtain unit can cover a large area, compared with other system can effectively reduce the amount of ventilation unit to save cost.
According to different requirements of different customers, we can provide three kinds of equipment of different models for you option. Fan of each model has two different speed.  Variety of accessories to fully meet customer requirements. Heat medium is hot water. But also can according to the customer request custom made steam or electric heating unit.
Equipment structure
Axial flow vertical warm air curtain ventilation unit comprises the following components: heating unit (heat exchanger and fan) and an output nozzle. These two parts are screwed to the ventilation unit.
1  shell: cold-rolled steel plate, the surface is electrostatic spraying
2  fan: low energy consumption of axial fan, low noise, no need of maintenance
3  heat exchanger: heat exchanger is consists of copper tube and aluminum fins, or adopt the electric heater use for heating, or adopt specially steam heat changer for heating.

4 system design
When  tall building indoor ventilation system design , shoud pay special attention to the internal impact by the open door building. Because without design protection door leads to the energy loss and the destruction of the indoor comfort degree. Therefore, for this situation of air curtain machine is very important (see chart)
! In general, the running environment of air curtain machine shall be a slight positive pressure of the indoor environment, this condition can be achieved by installing additional fresh air or wind mixing unit.
Selection principle
Through a selection principle to choose air curtain machine model, it is through the following several conditions to calculate the number of the corresponding gate size need air curtain machine.
1   The required air flow rate through the door size, indoor and outdoor air density difference and velocity calculated.
1   Between the two air curtain machine distance cannot exceed the width of the equipment of 3/4
1   An air flow cross section must be higher than the door half high
Rapid selection

Transportation and installation
!Transportation and installation of the equipment can only be carried out by experts
In the process of transportation and installation may need lifting equipment or scaffold, do not tilt equipment and shelve heavy object on equipment.
Installation
First check the connection of the heat exchanger and the outlet nozzle is in the corresponding position, if not, loosen joint nozzle and the heat exchange part, the position of the nozzle in accordance with the requirements of fixed.
In order to fixed on the ceiling, the equipment unit should be using M8 six angle screw fixed nut and inner six angle screw and standard gasket.
! The fixing nut is designed for the weight of the equipment design, please do not add additional load on the device.
! Fixed nut can not be with the bending action, so please don't use a fixed eye rings.
! The equipment after it is installed, it must maintain a balance.
Piping system installation
!The installation of the pipeline on hydronic systems can only be by the the experts to conduct
1                            Combined ventilation units are running in the same working conditions (room temperature, the heat, the running time and so on) and a controller
1       Low or medium pressure, water temperature is not more than 248℉ can be used as heating medium. For the purpose of energy saving, the water distributor shall advance heat calculation, which can ensure that each heat exchanger heat energy needs can be met
1       The addition of a separate air heat exchanger is also possible, but must be considered into the backwater pipeline pressure compensation, lateral balance, and the need to add additional pipeline
! Unable to bear other loads, such as: heat exchanger directly communicated with the return pipe.
           Independent ventilation unit must ensure that in the control region temperature the hydraulic balance.
Circuit connection
! Circuit connected only by the corresponding electrical experts must comply with local regulations.
1             Before delivery has ventilation unit running ready
1      Check all use ofsupply voltage, whether the fuse voltage accord with requirements (in equipment nameplate can be found on the corresponding data), if any one can not meet the requirements, the equipment can not be connected
1      When using long distance connection circuit needs to check whether it meets the requirements of the cable diameter
1      Should according to the wiring diagram to connect the circuit connection.
1      Thermal relay in the motor need to be connected, otherwise will not be able to start the motor overheating protection device
1      Don't forget the whole system installed a main switch
1      A plurality of ventilation unit can marshalling operation
1      The control valve of thermal protection relay and the single equipment must be installed.
