The quality management system of Anhui Tosum Machinery and Electronic Co., Ltd. is in line with GJB9001-2001 and TS16949 standards. The Company has established air conditioning compressor design, production and service quality management systems. In addition, the Company is improving its 21 sub procedures such as customer orientation, support and management with PDCA cycle and APQP, SPC etc. to prevent and reduce defects, and ensure product quality. The Company is also equipped with over 780 sets of general and special detection tools and over 40 detection devices such as tensile strength testers and three-dimensional precision measuring instrument, etc., to detect compressor purchasing, production and assembly processes. According to GB17025, the Company establishes laboratories to detect product performance and ensure products meet design requirements.
