1. Function and application
TT150 ultrasonic thickness meter uses the latest microprocessor technology and ultrasonic measurement principle, can measure the thickness as well as the sound speed of multiple materials. It is suitable for measuring the thickness of steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, plastic, porcelain, glass, glass fibers and other good conductors. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aerospace industries.
2. Features
1) Can be configured with double chip probe of different frequencies and chip sizes;
2) Zero calibration, a two-point calibration function, can make correction of the system errors;
3) Can measure the sound speed through the thickness, to improve the measurement accuracy;
4) Has coupling state indication function;
5) EL background display can be used in dark environment;
6) Residual quantity indicator function, which can real-time display the remaining battery power;
7) Has RS232 port, can realize data exchange with PC conveniently; can connect with a micro printer to print the measurement report.
