JH-B is a kind of polycarboxylate pumping agent which is compounded by JH series water reducing admixtures and various of effective materials. Main function:air-entraining,stable,used in all kinds of concrete projects,such as:water conservancy and electric power projects,ports,bridges,roads etc.

1. High water-reducing rate with good retention of concrete. Slump loss (1hour) is less than 20% so it’s good for pumping construction.

2. Good adaptability in all kinds of cement and blending admixtures.

3. Low shrinkage,low viscosity and low bleeding rate of concrete: PCE-B can significantly improve concrete’s stability, durability and workability.

4. Extremely small content of chloride and alkali: has no corrosion on steel bars.

·Usage

1.Optimal proportion and dosage is recommanded before use according to the adaptive and temperature of engineering construction’s raw materials.

2. Compatibility test is recommanded when use PCE-B with other additives.

3. Precised dosage of PCE-B is recommanded to avoid repeat dosage,seep dosage and errors.

4. It can be used with our early strength agent, early strength antifreeze in low and subzero temperature season.

 

·Storage and Safety Matters

1.PCE-B works environment:temprature 0--40℃. Keep out of sun,rain,impurity.Avoid evaporation of water.

2.PCE-B’s quality guarantee period:180 days. Retest should be done when it beyond validity,and can be used when it’s qualified.

3.PCE-B is non-toxic, non-polluting and non-edible. Avoid touching with eyes and skin allergy people. If touching,should clear with water and timely go to see doctor..
