Working Principles of Substep Fixed Cutter: Demoulded body and mould side plate are putted on the cutting car, then walks slowly through the starting slitter, after cutting, then walks to the horizental crosscut device and stops, the crosscut device starts, the crosscut frame falls from top to bottom, horizontal cutting rises untill recovery, finally the cutting finishes.
