Chocolate Ball/Bean Machine is the specific equipment for producing the bean and other different shapes of chocolate products, such as the spherical, the egg-shaped, the MM beans
And It consists of forming rollers, cooling tunnel, and the mesh screen till the final packing. It pre~sets the main parameters of the chocolate temperature, cooling fluid and cool wind etc.
Main Principle:
The chocolate flows evenly and freely into the rollers gap. Under the effect of super chilly temperature of~28, the chocolate beans are frozen in a sudden on the surface. Then automatically drop onto the PU transferring belt to the cooling tank for cooling. Varied shapes of chocolate products are finished.
