1.Clean the rubber pad and object to be sucked, put rubber pad face to object, press suction cup onto object then press black button few times, when red warning line inside, u can lift or move now.

2. press back button to release, and finish one lifting or moving.

PLS note in the black button there is red warning line, not available to lift when red line is visible. For object which is bigger and heavier, need to use 2 or more suction cups to work.
