USAGE:

The principle of operation is by lever and pump action.
The round suction cups are pressed onto the surface of the object to the lifted. The lever grips are squeezed together into position. The rubber pads are then securely clamped to the surface by vacuum so that the object can be lifted, just flip back the levers.
