Xingbang company has more than 10 sets of spiral steel pipe production test equipments which can annually manufacture kinds of spiral steel pipe 500 thousand tons from diameters 219mm to 2020mm.

Spiral welded pipe production unit: Equipment matching, Technology  advancing and reasonable, Inspection equipment and method complete and effective. The molding equipments are imported from Germany, welding equipment from American Lincoln welder, and the electronic control equipment from Germany’s Siemens, which are forming stable and welding quality is reliable. Inspecting the steel pipe with industrial TV box ultrasonic testing equipment by advanced X-ray ensures the spiral steel pipe manufacturing, inspection and testing complying with the relevant standards.
