Technical Features:
1. Much longer heating section and tempering section ensure that the glass sheets can be heated to the right temperature in unidirectional movement and then be tempered and cooled quickly.
2. Agile velocity curve regulating and control system accommodate to different glass heating stage. Logic servo controlled continuous mode and complete continuous mode can be switched according to the different size of glass sheets.
3. Continuous running blower ensure energy saving.
4. There is no need for glass to do jigging motion in both heating section tempering, section and cooling section, that in large extent reducing quality defects such as white haze, scrape, waviness, etc.
