1. Within guarantee period, the quality shall be 12 months counting from the date on which the commodity arrives at the port of destination. Except the damage artificially and Co2 laser tube, we are responsible for offering the fitting free of charge during the guarantee period. The user is kindly requested to send the damaged fittings back by courier with your charge before we send back the alternative fitting parts. After the guarantee of quality period, the parts required repairing or change, if any. Shall be reasonable charged.
2. Factory will give technical guide by E-mail, Fax and Telephone when user
meets some problems on installation, operation, adjusting, maintaining.
3. Factory offer technical supporting to ensure safety using & maintenance
for user:
A. Operation manual for installation, adjusting, operation, maintaining.
B. Quick supplement of key component with reasonable price such as Co2
laser tube, focus lens, reflect lens, power supply.
C. Life-long after-sales service & consulting service to user.
Training to customer:
Training to customer:
1. We will supply with the machine operation manual in English version for:
installation and operation, including introduction for the composing of equipment,
working principle of equipment, common knowledge of computer, controlling
principle of electric devices, daily maintenance measures of equipment. Personal
demonstration for installation, adjusting of equipment, operation of equipment,
programming of computer are available.
2) User can dispatch representatives to our factory for 2-3days for training.
We are responsible for training them free of charge. While all the charges
including travelling charge and accommodation will be afforded by the user.
