Advantage Analysis of ZY1200B Economic Cost
1. Save labor: In traditional stacking method, three people are required at the site; One to operate the press machine and the other two are cross-stacking. Only needs one person at the site operates machines without manual cross-stacking when using cross-stacking stacker. If we count the wage as RMB 2, 000 per person / month, and three shifts every day, 7.5 hours each shift (without regard to bonuses, welfare and management costs) the customer can save RMB144, 000 annually just in wages.
2.
