1. Overall structure
1.1 Using UG (finite element) analysis, through computer aid design, with nice appearance.
1.2 The entire machine is fully steel welded structure, with excellent rigidity and stability.
1.3 Using German technology to eliminate internal stress.
1.4 Entire frame using striking grit to get rid of rust and spout anticorrosive paint.
2. Characteristic and feature
2.1 Assisting blade pedestal on worktable is convenient for micro adjustment.
2.2 Rolling material support ball is provided on worktable, convenient operation.
2.3 Using stepless adjusting structure to regulate the gap of blades, adapt to different thickness and materials.
2.4 The adoption of four-side edge shearing blade prolongs the service life of blade.
2.5 Regulating shearing process not only increases the production efficiency but also achieve the function of segment shearing.
2.6 It is provided with counting function for shearing to decrease the numerous artificial counting.
3. Hydraulic system
3.1 Advanced hydraulic integrated system is employed and the pipeline connection is minimized, to ensure the system reliability and safety.
3.2 Pressure device: it is consisted of some pressure feed cylinders installed at support board in front of machine frame. Pressure head press down against the pull force of stress spring, press plate tightly. After finishing cutting, the cylinders are reset by the pull force of stress spring. The pressure is bigger as thicker as the thickness of plate.
4. Electrical control system
4.1 Electric components and material are accord with international standard, safety and reliable, long life.
4.2 The power of the machine is 50 Hz; 380V 3-phase electricity is 1-phase 36V. Control converter use 2-phase 220V. The output 36V of control converter control circuit and alight bulb. The voltage of magnetic exchange valve is 27V. The voltage of display bulb is 6V. And the other control component is 24V.
4.3 The control box is at the left. The all operation buttons fixed on button board at front except foot brake SF. The symbol of each function operation is displayed on above.
5. Front gauge and back gauge
5.1 Front gauge: fixed on worktable, valve display on ruler, adjust mobile bar to necessity valve. When cut thin steel plate, cut it conveniently on front gauge.
5.2 Back gauge: fixed on up-cut board, pendulum up and down as up-cut board. Adjust back gauge by 0.55Kw motor, reduce speed through gear, and drive by control rod. Brake down the button “ +” (or” -” ), can adjust gauge to front or back. When mechanic adjustment cannot get the necessity valve, turn hand-wheel to demanding value, the adjustment of back gauge is convenient and reliability. When the length of cutting plate is longer than the max distance of back gauge, remove the back gauge to the least place, lift up the board by the incline surface of support frame, and can cut any length of plate.
