DMB-8900 MPEG-2/H.264 HD Universal Encoder features high performance, low latency and extremely low bit rates for DTV system, and adopts state-of-the-art compression technology for MPEG-2 and H.264 changing seamlessly. The DMB-8900 is equipped with diversified input interface, including HDMI, CVBS, YPbPr, HD-SDI, digital AES and unique Dual-Audio(balanced XLR and unbalanced L/R). Additional, it is coupled with external 1*ASI input, providing cascade with another Encoder to eliminate the need of multiplexers, and also simplify the Network architecture in carrying out high reliability solutions. Moreover, it has 1+1*ASI backup and 1+1*IP(UDP/IP) backup output interfaces. The empty packets filtering capable of IP out not only enable to provide more services in the limited bandwidth, but also largely enhance the utilization of spectrum source of IPTV system
