AirStreamTM-Radiation heating plays main role during glass heating, while compressed air is injected into heating furnace, in which it brings certain amount of heat onto glass top surfaces and is helpful for even heating online low-E glass, etc. SuperAirTM-Radiation heating plays main role during glass heating, while larger volume of compressed air is blown into heating furnace by intelligent pipe convection system. Therefore, both online and offline low-e glass can be evenly heated. JetConvectionTM-Convection heationg plays main role during glass heationg. After being heated in jet convection chamber, the hot air inside heating furnace is blown onto glass surfaces and then goes back to hot air blowers for contiuous circulation, which not only ensure even heating, low production costs, but enhance the quality of the end products as well. LD-B JetConvection Single Curvature tempered glass oven LD-B JetConvection single curvature tempered glass oven adopts JetConvection heating technology, and it is suitable for tempering single curvature glass in small quantities. Glass can be tempered includes: on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.02) glass, extra white glass, silk-printed glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.

Technical Features
Hard shaft bending roller which bend the glass lengthwise;
The bending mechanism consists of many bending devices, and each bending device not only can camber byitself, also can be slightly adjusted separately, therefore high accuray radian can be reached;
Bending system is controlled by german servo control system, which ensures good repeatability and consistency;
it can temper small volume single curcature bent glass for autos and household appliances with high accuracy;
Equipped with jet heating convection system additionally. it can temper on-line and off-line low-e glass, extra white glass, screen printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.
