Application: Foil coil winding machine is special equipment for foil coil winding in transformer manufacturing.

Features:

1.    Available for double layers of overlap winding and parallel winding by aluminum or copper. Also, it could be for single-layer winding.

2.    The lower layer adopts three-point  simultaneous correction technology, which facilitates high correction speed and high accuracy.

3.    The welding system adopts imported linear guideway and ball screw (in order to ensure the welding quality smoothly and polished, it could choose the cooling water system)

4.    The foil tension is made by the decoiling device. The principal winding axis adopts varialble frequency speed system controlling, it can stablely positive rotation and negative rotation even when it is under the foil high tensor force situation.

5.    Except for the motor, the all balance device adopts pneumatic components controlling.
